Holi Festival
This blog is about my new video.
I made a video during the Holi Festival, which we were able to experience in the yoga school, Upaya Yoga, in Goa-India.
All the pictures were taken in our yoga school and on the beach in Goa. I already used them as an intro and outro for Enrico’s „successful series“ last year.
Now I have edited the video again and improved it a bit with another editing program. I would like to point out that my videos follow autodidactic work and I am still working and learning 😉 I enjoy it a lot. For years now I’ve found my passion more behind the camera. Anyone who knows me knows that I am actually an actress by profession. But for some years I am not working anymore in this Business. This is totally ok as I have found other passions and vocations. In addition, life is long and full of surprises;) Maybe I’m drawn to the camera again;)
However, I have always written plays and scripts and now I bring my pictures together in my videos. It’s very fascinated for me to see the game in between music and images. I am also currently working on some documentaries and interview series that will be published this summer. India is a fascinating country in which it is worth collecting pictures and stories. There will be more content in the next weeks and months. Hope you enjoy 😉
In the video Holi Celebration I show the colorful side of India during the annual Holi Festival, which is not celebrated so much in the south. Our yoga school and some beach bars have brought this festival to life in Arambol.
Holi is a popular ancient Hindu Festival, also known as the Indian „festival of spring“, the „festival of colors“, or the „festival of love“. The festival signifies the victory of good over evil. Holi celebrates the arrival of spring, the end of winter, the blossoming of love, and is, for many, a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. The colorful, exuberant dance video should reflect the joy of life and the colorful spectacle of the day and take you into this atmosphere, even if only for a few minutes;) Turn up the music and dance with us colorful people for a few minutes for peace and freedom.
We are free, we are strong.
Life is beautiful and colorful.
The film was created in Upaya Yoga and on Arambol Beach.
Thank you all for sharing your joy:)
To all my colleagues and friends who participated in the video, thank you for these beautiful, colorful, smiling faces.
Thank you, Krishna, for this Experience:)
Namaste from India 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
